Turkish CBI Program

The Turkish Citizenship by Investment program is regulated by Law No. 5901. Foreign nationals can obtain a second passport through real estate acquisition. The required investment starts from $400,000. This route is an effective instrument for asset protection and worldwide mobility.

The investor must hold the property for a mandatory period of three years. After this time, the funds are fully recoverable through the sale of the real estate. The main applicant can also include a spouse and minor children in the same application. The entire family receives citizenship simultaneously.
